Just got back from a long family vacation to europe with the garmin nuvi 370 gps system, and I cant imagine now ever going back without this awesome mind-in-a-box!!

One of the first things that you will notice about the garmin 370 is its size… I have owned a garmin streetpilot in the past, and if you have ever owned another GPS besides the nuvi 370, you will love how you can quickly unmount it and then be able to slip it into your pocket because of its dimension, thickness and weight… a major upside to the clunky round units that would never fit in your pocket and were a pain in the ass to take out of your vehicle each time so they didn’t get stolen.

The second thing our family and you will notice is just the pure vast amount of information and data inside… I mean this thing knows sooo much and has so much readily available for all over the globe and your travel and vacation needs, that its like having a tour guide with you essentially 24/7 without the need to pay it per hour and be able to enjoy yourselfs without a stranger with you ;)

I would’ve gave this garmin nuvi 370 review a perfect score, but it isn’t without its flaws (although the pros do seriously outweigh and outnumber the cons in the case of this gadget):

  • Kinda hard to remove certain streets and routes that you know has construction going on
  • a few more simple details like elevation above sea level could be handy
  • price - the price dropped really low on garmin nuvi 370 right after we bought it, oh well..
  • eastern european countries like Croatia and Slovenia lacked the same immerse details as the more popular countries
  • sometimes mispronounced street names can be a big pain in the butt

There are just a few negative things I can say about our nuvi 370 off the top of my head in the name of being informative and unbiased, although I still strongly strongly recommend this purchase as our family has fogotten how we got along without it now!
