I have been using my Garmin Nuvi 670 to plan out of state trips with friends and it never stops making me wonder how I lived without it before. The map database is extremely detailed and accurate, and even contains 6 MILLION POIs, which means that there are 6 million hotels, restaurants, and atms that I can stop by if I needed to. In addition, the gps system’s voice even announces the name of exits and streets so you never have to take your eyes off the road, and can concentrate on your driving without having to look up at your gps to make sure that the street you’re turning on is indeed the correct one.
The Garmin Nuvi 670 also has traffic alerts on congestion and traffic jams, and you can hit detour to tell your Nuvi 670 to find the quickest detour to your destination. Throw in the super-bright, 4.3-inch widescreen display for improved map viewing, MP3/audible book playback, the built-in FM transmitter that allows users to wirelessly transmit audio through the vehicle’s stereo, and the Bluetooth wireless technology for hands-free calling when paired with compatible phones, and you have the most amazing gps system ever. My friends think I am a super rich nerd to have such a versatile gps system, and I don’t bother correcting them!
