When I first got my Nuvi 650 in the mail and took it out of the packaging it looked so nice with the shiny 4.3″ screen and the map database features nearly six million points of interest (POIs), including hotels, restaurants, gas stations, ATMs, and attractions, and the data is provided by NAVTEQ, a world leader in premium-quality mapping. My Nuvi 650 also came with many additional features such as uploading custom POIs, including alerts for speed zones and safety cameras with POI Loader Built in Travel Kit includes MP3 player with sample MP3s, audio books, picture viewer, world clock, currency and measurement converters, calculator, adding optional software such as Travel and Language Guides, and much more!

Garmin Nuvi 360 Review from Melissa:
I have been using a Nuvi 350 until recently when I decided to purchase the Nuvi 360 due to its Bluetooth features. The 360 shares all the perks of the 350 which include, extremely accurate satellite positioning, an extremely bright and sharp screen, an mp3 player, audio book player, and much more. However, the main reason why I bought the Nubi 360 was due to the addition of the usage of Bluetooth to dial any POI on your Nuvi screen. This means that once you connect your phone to your Nuvi via Bluetooth, any POI on the Nuvi screen that has a telephone number can now be contacted! You are essentially a walking telephone book, with accurate directions and a fashionable gps system!

Garmin Nuvi 260 Review from Jason:
I currently own both a Nuvi 250 and a 260, both of which are excellent and wonderful devices, and the most useful new feature that the 260 has and the 250 doesn’t have is the text to speech feature. This means that the gps system actually says the street name or exit at which you must turn. The 250 simply says “Turn at XXX feet,†which would have you constantly glancing back at your Nuvi 250 looking to see what the exit or street name is and making sure that you are turning at the right exit/street. With this new text to speech the Nuvi 260 says “Turn left on Maple Street,†and all you have to do is look at the street sign and make sure that it is Maple Street.

Garmin Nuvi 680 Review from Sherman:
I take my Garmin Nuvi 680 with me on all of my business trips which include trips to California and Washington, and my Nuvi 680 has never let me down a single time! My Nuvi 680 came preloaded NavTeq City Navigator NT street maps for North America, and included a 6 MILLION POI database with hotels, restaurants, fuel stops, ATMs and more! Its super bright screen allows users to use it driving/walking in direct sunlight with no problem. The two biggest reasons I bought the Nuvi 680 over any other model was the fact that the 680 comes with Bluetooth wireless connectivity AND MSN direct.

Garmin Nuvi 270 Review from Emmanuel:
When my son decided that he wanted to start his own self employed carpentering business, I knew that he would be traveling around the state a lot, often to places he had never been before, so I decided to buy him the Nuvi 270 for a congratulatory present for him opening his own business. My son at first was skeptical that he would need the assistance of such a “complex†electronic, but he soon found out that the Nuvi 270 would save him both time and stress. Sometimes he would be required to go to certain areas of the state where the road layout was completely different from the ones he was accustomed to, and in his confusion he would often wander for hours searching for the correct address.

Garmin Nuvi 660 Review by Tommy:
I have been using my Garmin Nuvi 660 for over two months now, and I am extremely pleased with the Nuvi 660. The Nuvi 660 has an amazingly precise maps, which include over 6 MILLION POIs. With this handy dandy gadget you will never get lost or hungry with this baby. Throw in the fact that it only takes a few seconds to lock on to a satellite and the fact that it takes mere seconds to recalculate routes if you go off route, and the fact that it shows you detours through traffic jams, and you have yourself one hell of a device. In addition, you can enjoy wireless FM audio transmission via the nüvi 660′s wireless FM transmitter. Tune your car’s radio to the appropriate station and you’ll hear all of you Nuvi’s audio, including voice prompts, MP3s, audio books, and more, directly through your vehicle’s stereo system.

Garmin Nuvi 250 Review from Mike:
When my old gps guidance unit broke, I immediately turned on my computer and went shopping for a new one, because as a business man I cannot afford to waste time getting lost trying to figure out the correct way to my destination. As I was shopping for a new gps unit, the Garmin Nuvi 250 Pocket GPS Navigator caught my eye. This unit was small enough, and thin enough, to fit in ones’ pocket, had a brilliant touchscreen display, a high-sensitivity WAAS-enabled GPS receiver for extreme accuracy, no external antennae, and come preloaded with all the maps, and includes locations of fuel, food, and atms.

Garmin Nuvi 250W Review from Ryan:
The first Nuvi 250W that I bought came in had a faulty battery that wouldn’t hold a charge for longer than half an hour. However, after I sent it back in and got a working specimen, I was amazed at how clear the 4.3†widescreen lcd was. I previously had a no name third party gps system and it has a whole slew of buttons and had a tiny screen. The simplicity of the touchscreen and the layout of the gps struck me as just purely beautiful. Furthermore, when I checked the maps by both driving on local and urban routes, I found that the maps were up to date and flawless. It even had the small private businesses packed on the maps it came with.

Garmin Nuvi 670 Review from Ronrico
I have been using my Garmin Nuvi 670 to plan out of state trips with friends and it never stops making me wonder how I lived without it before. The map database is extremely detailed and accurate, and even contains 6 MILLION POIs, which means that there are 6 million hotels, restaurants, and atms that I can stop by if I needed to. In addition, the gps system’s voice even announces the name of exits and streets so you never have to take your eyes off the road, and can concentrate on your driving without having to look up at your gps to make sure that the street you’re turning on is indeed the correct one.

Garmin Nuvi 350 Review from Tyrone:
I am an accountant for a major clothing company in New York City, but I currently live in NJ. I drive my car to a stop and park parking lot, take a train over to NY, and then take the subway to my office. One week, there were traffic jams every morning, and I was late to a meeting in a new office building because I didn’t know where the building was. I decided that it was time to buy myself a gps unit in order to avoid these traffic jams using detours, and also to help myself navigate the hectic and confusing streets of New York City. In addition, it would be nice if the gps system had special features such as an mp3 player so that when I wasn’t navigating the road by car or the streets by foot, I could listen to some music. These were the basic criteria that made me interested in garmin’s nuvi 350 gps initially after some research.

Garmin Nuvi 750 Review from Nicole:
I run my own private flower delivery service, and once business started picking up, I decided that it was time for a gps system. After careful debate, I decided to buy the Nuvi 750, and what a choice I made! The Nuvi 750 used a high-sensitivity WAAS-enabled GPS receiver for extreme accuracy, and has an SD memory card slot in which I can store music, photos, and custom maps that include custom POIs.

Garmin Nuvi 370 GPS Review from Brad:
I recently had a vacation in France, during which I took my Nuvi 370 and used it extensively. All the places that I was going to visit had already been entered into the gps unit as a “favorite†location. Every street that I saw in Paris was on the map in my Nuvi, and a cool option that I noticed was that my Nuvi automatically organizes your “favorite†locations by moving the closest location to the top of the list. In addition to having accurate maps of Europe, I was able to load unto it the translation guide, which translated certain words and phrases for you. Other features such as the currency converter helped me when it came to exchanging money and estimating how much something cost. What astonished me was that I have my Nuvi in my front pocket the whole trip and I couldn’t even tell that I still had it in my pocket half the time.

Nuvi 200W Review from Brad
After living in New York City for 10 years, hopping on some train to get to some part of the city was such a mundane part of life that I never really appreciated it. Two months ago, my job required me to move to Boston, and in Boston I had my own car and I had to navigate my way in and around Boston by myself. Often I would become frustrated by bad directions, and therefore, decided to buy a gps unit for my car. Since I am not a tech gadget person, I was just looking for an entry level gps unit that was cost efficient, worked reliably, and wasn’t too bulky.
